Grant went to the doctors and was checked like all children of course. He was also due for one more immunization. He hadn't had one since he was 12 months old. Anyway his weight was 23 lbs.. up 2 pounds in the last 8 months. His height was 34 inches...up 2 inches from the last 8 months. How funny. I wonder if pounds and height will correlate for a while. He is staying on his own growing curve which is good. He is in the 25th percentile for height and under the 5th for weight. He grew that last inch in the last month so the doctor said thats why he is probably so skinny. I honestly couldn't tell he was super skinny or not. He is just my boy. He looks the same as always to me. :) He is right on with all his milestones. He did not like the measuring his body part because we made him lie down. He cried. But he didn't cry when they gave him a shot. He was a big boy and I warned him that they were going to poke him and it would hurt. After he was like "mommy cry?" like asking if he was allowed to. I was like yes you can cry. He just whimpered a couple times and then I asked if he needed a hug and he said "yeah". Anyway, successful doctor trip. He still likes them. Plus he doesn't need anymore shots until he's in kindergarten! Anyway he did great. I'm proud of him.
