DI and I are friends!

I just love the DI (Deseret Industries). For those of you who aren't familiar, it is like a thrift store. Mom and I went to a different on in town but still in a down town area of Vegas. I got him 2 new pjs, khaki pants, a tux look white shirt black buttons, and a black bow tie which can button on to any button down shirt! Perfect! A black pair of Gymboree shoes and a white and brown pair of old navy shoes. We got one of those stack the rings toy, some books include Dr. Seuss board books, a view finder (since my mom doesn't have hers any more), and a couple other things I can't remember. Plus Grant was such a good sport the whole trip, especially since the drive is like a half hour to get there. He just entertained himself spitting and chewing on toys, and on the way home he was quiet as can been and was shaking his rattle like nobody's business. Then since he was past due on a nap by about a half hour by the time we got home I tried to put him down and he played in his crib for an hour and then fell asleep.
